Layout & Main Floor: This updated, lovingly cared-for two-story Wine Country Farmhouse is warm and welcoming, designed for comfort and relaxation. High ceilings, period-inspired lighting, cozy furnishings, and an eclectic mix of treasured antiques and polished modern pieces create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The main level features an open flow between the living room and dining room, with a farmhouse-style kitchen that opens to the dining space and includes a bistro-height island—perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and enjoying locally roasted coffee in the mornings. Main Floor Bedroom + Convenience: Also on the main floor, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and its own private patio deck with seating, tucked inside the fully fenced backyard—an ideal little retreat for morning sun or quiet evenings. For added convenience, the main floor includes a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, making longer stays easier and more comfortable. Upstairs Privacy + Backyard Living: Upstairs offers a wonderfully private layout with sleeping spaces on opposite sides of the home. One side features a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with a sliding barn-style door, while the other side offers a bright queen bedroom accented with a beautiful tree mural. Between the two bedrooms is a large landing with a dedicated workspace and cozy reading nook. Step outside to enjoy the spacious, fully fenced backyard, featuring a patio with partial cover, a BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor seating with umbrella shade, and relax into the evening with twinkle lights and a heat lamp overhead—a perfect place to gather while watching your pups run and play.
