Fully furnished 1BR/1BA extended stay apartment, located on a quiet street, just 3-blocks from McMinnville's famous Third St. Tastefully decorated, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, queen bed with linens, plush pillows, towels, SmartTV, on-site laundry, with free parking, WIFI, and all utilities included. Walk to downtown and explore wine, dining, pubs, shops, whole foods grocery, seasonal festivals, and farmer's market. Minimum stay is 28 nights. Bring your suitcase and we'll handle the rest.

Good to know

All of our extended stay apartments (including unit #10) have been recently remodeled and furnished within the past few years. This 1-bedroom/1-bath apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The layout is an open floor plan with LVP flooring, newer cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, a stove/oven, a built-in microwave, and all-new fixtures. Once you are in the apartment, there are no additional stairs/steps; it is all on one level. There are two onsite laundry rooms - one located on each floor for your convenience. The parking is free and unassigned, and there is never a problem finding a parking space. You can park in the lot behind the building or in front of the building anytime. The exterior of the building is well-lit, and we have 24-hour surveillance cameras set up. We have a maintenance team to take care of you and the apartment. This is your home away from home, and we want you to feel comfortable. Just inquire, and we will get right with you to get you booked. If you need flexible terms, don't hesitate to ask, and let's see what we can figure out.

Other Details to Note

Most of our residents are traveling nurses, medical professionals, visiting Linfield professors, or contract employees who are temporarily living here to serve our community. We also have a lot of folks here exploring the area, or who have just sold their home and are waiting for their next home to be built or purchased. No matter your reason for staying here, many folks have found that being a part of our quaint, vibrant downtown greatly enhanced their staycation or exploration of the area. The McMinnville Historic Downtown on Third Street is just a few blocks away, with award-winning restaurants, pubs, and shops, with year-round festivals, art & wine-walks, and a seasonal farmers market. There is always something to do here. Here is a review from an extended stay guest that says it all. Anita and her crew, Dana (cleaning) and Joe (maintenance) were fabulous and prompt. Anita is an amazing and effective problem solver and is extremely responsive. The location of the apartment is just a couple of blocks off the charming main drag (3rd St.) in town and close to good restaurants and shops. Try La Rambla, it's a great place for drinks and tapas. McMinnville is a small friendly town located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country. This small, two-story apartment building sits on a quiet street, just 3 blocks off our famous Third Street in Historic Downtown McMinnville. It is also walking distance to Linfield College. McMinnville has been written up as a destination place to visit; you can stroll along Third Street and explore many independent coffee shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and micro-brew pubs. You will never have to drive:)

We stayed at the unit for 10 days and had a great experience. The place was very clean and comfortable, and it felt easy to settle in right away. The location made it simple to get to everything we needed, whether it was food, shops, or just walking around the area. Anita was a very responsive host and the apartment was comfortable and quiet. Loved the room darkening bedroom curtains which helped us get a good night's rest. The apt was located in a convenient spot, walkable to downtown 3rd street where all the shops and restaurants are. Off street parking lot was also a bonus. Great value and a great stay!

Beautiful place, great area located centrally in McMinnville. Easy to walk downtown and a short drive to either Portland or Salem. Definitely recommend for both short and long term stays.

Such an amazing stay at Anita’s extended-stay AirBnB! The whole building is clean and quiet and mostly inhabited by long-term visiting medical personnel. The apartment was super clean, very attractive and well-furnished and appointed. Close to the vibrant downtown area, charming neighborhood, pretty trees out the windows. I’m so glad we had the chance to stay here while we were looking for a house in the area and would highly recommend Anita’s property to anyone who needs an affordable, upscale, long-term AirBnB stay.

I feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Anita's AirBnB! I was on the 2nd floor with balcony and windows overlooking the massive oak trees out front and it was like being in my own personal treehouse. Loved how charming and super clean the unit was and how helpful Anita was. So responsive and kind, and very detail attended to! One of the most well-stocked kitchens I've ever seen and some really fast wifi and Roku TV service. Only a couple of blocks from all the restaurants and shops in the charming downtown. Love love love, can't wait to stay again!

Perfect for long term stay! Has everything you need, comfortable bed, smart TV, all the essentials. Few minutes walk to cute cafes, restaurants and markets. Close to some crazy beautiful vineyards. Anita is extremely kind, professional and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure I had an extra fan during the heatwave and even installed a new AC unit in the living room, it made a huge difference and it was totally comfortable on those hotter days. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Public transportation is two blocks away, parking is free and the building is located within a walking district. So there are plenty of restaurants, shops, a natural food store, and a farmer's market to walk downtown.
