Good to know

All of our extended stay apartments (including unit #12) have been recently remodeled and furnished within the past few years. This 1-bedroom/1-bath apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The layout is an open floor plan with LVP flooring, newer cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, a stove/oven, a built-in microwave, and all-new fixtures. Once you are in the apartment, there are no additional stairs/steps; it is all on one level. There are two onsite laundry rooms - one located on each floor for your convenience. The parking is free and unassigned, and there is never a problem finding a parking space. You can park in the lot behind the building or in front of the building anytime. The exterior of the building is well-lit, and we have 24-hour surveillance cameras set up. We have a maintenance team to take care of you and the apartment. This is your home away from home, and we want you to feel comfortable. Just inquire, and we will get right with you to get you booked. Other Details to Note

Most of our residents are traveling nurses, medical professionals, visiting Linfield professors, or contract employees who are temporarily living here to serve our community. We also have a lot of folks here exploring the area, or who have just sold their home and are waiting for their next home to be built or purchased. No matter your reason for staying here, many folks have found that being a part of our quaint, vibrant downtown greatly enhanced their staycation or exploration of the area. The McMinnville Historic Downtown on Third Street is just a few blocks away, with award-winning restaurants, pubs, and shops, with year-round festivals, art & wine-walks, and a seasonal farmers market. There is always something to do here. Here is a review from an extended stay guest that says it all. Anita and her crew, Dana (cleaning) and Joe (maintenance) were fabulous and prompt. Anita is an amazing and effective problem solver and is extremely responsive. The location of the apartment is just a couple of blocks off the charming main drag (3rd St.) in town and close to good restaurants and shops. Try La Rambla, it's a great place for drinks and tapas. No cats or other pets allowed. Max 2 dogs, be smaller in size, non-aggressive breeds, no major barkers. No smoking inside, in laundry rooms, or outside on premises - $100 fine. Please be respectful of sound and quiet hours; some people are day sleepers.

This small, two-story apartment building sits on a quiet street, just 3 blocks off our famous Third Street in Historic Downtown McMinnville. It is also walking distance to Linfield College. McMinnville has been written up as a destination place to visit; you can stroll along Third Street and explore many independent coffee shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and micro-brew pubs. You will never have to drive:)

Great location- walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants, downtown shops and tasting rooms. Off street parking, quiet location, unit exactly as pictured. Unit is nicely decorated, the living room and bedroom are generously sized and there’s plenty of storage.

Location was excellent - great access to downtown area and farmers market. Apartment was in very good condition and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and towels and sheets were good quality. Laundry was very convenient. Anita was always quick to respond to our questions.

Anita's airbnb was a perfect place for us. This was our second extended stay, and it won't be the last. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Everything we needed was there, and the two block walk to a charming and vibrant downtown was an absolute plus. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It shows that Anita takes the time to make sure everything works well for her guests. The coast is only an hour's drive away, and we enjoyed many trips there. McMinnville is a great location to enjoy everything that the Willamette Valley has to offer.

Good, easy parking… clean, very clean unit… right by the post office… and a train track (I like trains)… they were so sweet to bring portable A/C unit when we had a spike in temperature… good spot

My wife and I stayed here for a month while we waited on our home to be finished. Great location and easy access to anywhere in Mcminnville. Dog friendly was a must have for us and our pups felt right at home. Worth every penny we spent.

Public transportation is two blocks away, parking is free and the building is located within a walking district. So there are plenty of restaurants, shops, a natural food store, and a farmer's market to walk downtown.
