Walk to downtown and explore wine, dining, pubs, shops, whole foods grocery, seasonal festivals, and farmer's market. Minimum stay is 28 nights. Bring your suitcase and we'll handle the rest.

Good to know

All of our extended stay apartments (including unit #9) have been recently remodeled and furnished within the past few years. This 1-bedroom/1-bath apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The layout is an open floor plan with LVP flooring, newer cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, a stove/oven, a built-in microwave, and all-new fixtures. Once you are in the apartment, there are no additional stairs/steps; it is all on one level. There are two onsite laundry rooms - one located on each floor for your convenience. The parking is free and unassigned, and there is never a problem finding a parking space. You can park in the lot behind the building or in front of the building anytime. The exterior of the building is well-lit, and we have 24-hour surveillance cameras set up. We have a maintenance team to take care of you and the apartment. This is your home away from home, and we want you to feel comfortable. Just inquire, and we will get right with you to get you booked. Other Details to Note

Most of our residents are traveling nurses, medical professionals, visiting Linfield professors, or contract employees who are temporarily living here to serve our community. We also have a lot of folks here exploring the area, or who have just sold their home and are waiting for their next home to be built or purchased. No matter your reason for staying here, many folks have found that being a part of our quaint, vibrant downtown greatly enhanced their staycation or exploration of the area. The McMinnville Historic Downtown on Third Street is just a few blocks away, with award-winning restaurants, pubs, and shops, with year-round festivals, art & wine-walks, and a seasonal farmers market. There is always something to do here. Here is a review from an extended stay guest that says it all. Anita and her crew, Dana (cleaning) and Joe (maintenance) were fabulous and prompt. Anita is an amazing and effective problem solver and is extremely responsive. The location of the apartment is just a couple of blocks off the charming main drag (3rd St.) in town and close to good restaurants and shops. Try La Rambla, it's a great place for drinks and tapas. No cats or other pets allowed. Max 2 dogs, be smaller in size, non-aggressive breeds, no major barkers. No smoking inside, in laundry rooms, or outside on premises - $100 fine. Please be respectful of sound and quiet hours; some people are day sleepers.

The apartment building is located on a quiet street, 3-blocks from our famous Third Street written up in many travel publications. You will be located in McMinnville's Downtown Historic District. You can spend all day downtown walking to award-winning restaurants, wine tasting, visiting micro-breweries, antique shopping, and every Thursday during the Summer/Fall our farmers market. There is always something to do.

Had a wonderful stay at Anita’s for several months while in the area for work. Location could not be better-walking distance to all that third street has to offer (even a grocery store!) Tons of on and off street parking, safe neighborhood, and laundry at the end of the hall. I particularly liked that you could use an app to pay for the laundry so you didn’t always need quarters. Bed was unbelievably comfortable, plenty of storage/closet space and host was always responsive if I needed something!

We had the best month long stay at this perfect place. Not only did it feel like our temporary home, but the location was great. We were two blocks from the great downtown area, and we were able to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and special events on our daily walks. Anita and her crew took very good care of us. Once you arrive and if you are just wanting to stay downtown you won't need a car. Two blocks away there is a bus station and we have Uber in town. If you are leaving downtown - you will need a car.
