Meanwhile, the electric fireplace encased in a stone hearth adds a touch of warmth and ambiance. The Bungalow has two private bedrooms with luxury bedding and pillows, separated by a hall bathroom. Beautiful and convenient property for two couples. Good layouts for bedrooms and baths, living room and kitchen. Really enjoyed the outdoor space on front porch and side table/umbrella as well. Could easily walk to the Main Street with multiple options for restaurants. Also very central to Willamette Valley wineries and just an hour from the coast.

My family stayed in Cowls Bungalow for 2 nights. The property was lovely and did not disappoint. The home was perfect for a mini vacation- easily accessible, clean and within walking distance to delicious restaurants and of course wine tastings. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Our family felt safe and no outside noises to wake our toddler. Anita sent so many recommendations for places to eat/visit within the area. It was a definite enjoyable stay for my family and would recommend to anyone visiting McMinnville

If you are looking to stay close to downtown and feel a part of the neighborhood, stay here! We had a fabulous time, felt comfortable and Anita, our host, provided us with recommendations for activities, places to visit and eat. We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. The house was Amazing and walking distance to local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area at night. You paid attention to many details like the party lights, heater, and outdoor seating. We would definitely come back.

Find us

It is the perfect location, two blocks from Third Street, and you can walk anywhere. If you are staying downtown, you can Uber from the Portland Airport, arrive at the house, and never have to get in a car. We also have Uber in town and a taxi cab service.
